4. For call center traffic, you must recite the date on which you called the customer when reading the TCPA language, for example: “I need confirmation that today Wednesday, June 1st, 2018 (replace with today’s date)”.

5. Use of the GEICO logo in any shape or form is strictly prohibited.

6. Use of the State Farm logo is strictly prohibited if advertised along with a TFN and claims of saving a specified percentage or amount of money.

7. No brand bidding.

8. For all pay per call offers: no outbound transfers are allowed, only inbound calls from consumers.

9. Marketing activities that are driving traffic to our call campaigns cannot include “$ off” or “% off”.

10. Publisher agrees that it will download and remove the domains located on the FCC’s wireless domain names list (http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/policy/DomainNameDownload.html) from all current data used in emailing for Offers. Affiliate further warrants that any new data that it acquires, regardless of its source, will be compared against the FCC’s wireless domain names list and that domain names contained therein will be removed before sending any emails.
